Bart Elbertse

Bart is the founder of Semo Network, working at the intersection of new-era governance and economic design. Based in Utrecht, he is an initiator, entrepreneur and strategist whose mission is to democratise and regenerate in support of marginalised communities and the living planet.

He has built Semo as the infrastructure, culture and commons for a full-scope regenerative economy — the constitution, the catalyst program and the connective tissue that lets a constellation of projects move as one.
